고린도전서 12장 킹제임스버전, Corinthians 12 [NIV]

1. 형제들아, 이제 나는 영적 선물들에 관하여 너희가 모르기를 원치 아니하노라.
2. 너희가 알거니와 너희는 이방인들로서 이끌림을 받는 대로 이 말 못하는 우상들에게로 끌려갔느니라.
3. 그러므로 내가 너희에게 깨닫게 하노니 [하나님]의 [영]으로 말미암아 말하는 자는 아무도 예수님을 저주받은 자라 하지 아니하고 또 [성령]님으로 말미암지 않고서는 아무도 예수님을 [주]라고 말할 수 없느니라.
4. 이제 선물은 여러 가지나 /성령]은 같고
5. 직무는 다르나 [주]는 같으며
6. 활동은 여러 가지나 모든 것 안에서 모든 것을 행하시는 [하나님]은 같으시되
7. 각 사람에게 /성령]의 나타나심을 주신 것은 그것으로 말미암아 모두가 유익을 얻게 하려 하심이라.
8. 어떤 사람에게는 /성령]을 통하여 지혜의 말씀을, 다른 사람에게는 같은 /성령]을 통하여 지식의 말씀을,
9. 다른 사람에게는 같은 /성령]을 통하여 믿음을, 다른 사람에게는 같은 /성령]을 통하여 병 고치는 선물들을,
10. 다른 사람에게는 기적들 행함을, 다른 사람에게는 대언함을, 다른 사람에게는 영들 분별함을, 다른 사람에게는 여러 종류의 타언어들을, 다른 사람에게는 타언어들 통역함을 주셨으나
11. 이 모든 것은 같은 그 한 /성령]께서 행하사 자신의 뜻대로 각 사람에게 개별적으로 나누어 주시는 것이니라.
12. 몸은 하나이며 많은 지체를 가지고 있고 그 한 몸의 모든 지체가 많아도 한 몸인 것 같이 그리스도도 그러하시니라.
13. 우리가 유대인이나 이방인이나 매인 자나 자유로운 자나 모두 한 /성령]에 의해 침례를 받아 한 몸 안으로 들어왔으며 모두가 마시게 되어 한 /성령] 안으로 들어왔느니라.
14. 몸은 한 지체가 아니요 여럿이라.
15. 만일 발이 이르되, 나는 손이 아니니 몸에 속하지 아니한다, 하면 이런 이유로 그것이 몸에 속하지 아니하느냐?
16. 만일 귀가 이르되, 나는 눈이 아니니 몸에 속하지 아니한다, 하면 이런 이유로 그것이 몸에 속하지 아니하느냐?
17. 만일 온 몸이 눈이면 듣는 곳은 어디냐? 온 몸이 듣는 곳이면 냄새 맡는 곳은 어디냐?
18. 그러나 이제 [하나님]께서 친히 기뻐하시는 대로 지체들을 곧 그것들 각각을 몸 안에 두셨느니라.
19. 만일 그것들이 다 한 지체라면 몸은 어디 있느냐?
20. 그러나 이제 그것들이 많은 지체이나 그럼에도 오직 한 몸이라.
21. 눈이 손에게 이르기를, 나는 네가 필요 없다, 하지 못하며 또 머리가 발에게 이르기를, 나는 네가 필요 없다, 하지 못하리라.
22. 아니라. 더 약하게 보이는 몸의 그 지체들이 더욱 더 필요하고
23. 또한 우리가 덜 귀한 것으로 여기는 몸의 그 지체들 곧 이것들에게 우리가 귀한 것을 더 풍성히 주며 우리의 아름답지 못한 부분들은 아름다운 것을 더 풍성히 얻나니
24. 우리의 아름다운 부분들은 부족한 것이 없느니라. 오직 [하나님]께서 몸을 다 같이 고르게 하사 부족한 그 부분에게 더욱 귀한 것을 풍성히 주셨으니
25. 이것은 몸 안에 분쟁이 없게 하고 오직 지체들이 서로 같은 보살핌을 받게 하려 하심이라.
26. 한 지체가 고통을 받으면 모든 지체가 그것과 함께 고통을 받고 한 지체가 존귀를 얻으면 모든 지체가 그것과 함께 기뻐하느니라.
27. 이제 너희는 그리스도의 몸이요 개별적으로 지체니라.
28. [하나님]께서 교회 안에 몇을 세우셨는데 첫째는 사도들이요, 둘째는 대언자들이요, 셋째는 교사들이요, 그 다음은 기적들이요, 그 다음은 병 고치는 선물들과 돕는 것들과 다스리는 것들과 여러 가지 타언어들이니라.
29. 모두 사도이겠느냐? 모두 대언자이겠느냐? 모두 교사이겠느냐? 모두 기적을 행하는 자이겠느냐?
30. 모두 병 고치는 선물들을 가지겠느냐? 모두 타언어들로 말하겠느냐? 모두 통역하겠느냐?
31. 오직 가장 좋은 선물들을 간절히 사모하라. 그럼에도 내가 너희에게 더욱 뛰어난 길을 보이노라.

 

Corinthians 12 [NIV]

1. Now about spiritual gifts, brothers, I do not want you to be ignorant.
2. You know that when you were pagans, somehow or other you were influenced and led astray to mute idols.
3. Therefore I tell you that no one who is speaking by the Spirit of God says, "Jesus be cursed," and no one can say, "Jesus is Lord," except by the Holy Spirit.
4. There are different kinds of gifts, but the same Spirit.
5. There are different kinds of service, but the same Lord.
6. There are different kinds of working, but the same God works all of them in all men.
7. Now to each one the manifestation of the Spirit is given for the common good.
8. To one there is given through the Spirit the message of wisdom, to another the message of knowledge by means of the same Spirit,
9. to another faith by the same Spirit, to another gifts of healing by that one Spirit,
10. to another miraculous powers, to another prophecy, to another distinguishing between spirits, to another speaking in different kinds of tongues, and to still another the interpretation of tongues.
11. All these are the work of one and the same Spirit, and he gives them to each one, just as he determines.
12. The body is a unit, though it is made up of many parts; and though all its parts are many, they form one body. So it is with Christ.
13. For we were all baptized by one Spirit into one body--whether Jews or Greeks, slave or free--and we were all given the one Spirit to drink.
14. Now the body is not made up of one part but of many.
15. If the foot should say, "Because I am not a hand, I do not belong to the body," it would not for that reason cease to be part of the body.
16. And if the ear should say, "Because I am not an eye, I do not belong to the body," it would not for that reason cease to be part of the body.
17. If the whole body were an eye, where would the sense of hearing be? If the whole body were an ear, where would the sense of smell be?
18. But in fact God has arranged the parts in the body, every one of them, just as he wanted them to be.
19. If they were all one part, where would the body be?
20. As it is, there are many parts, but one body.
21. The eye cannot say to the hand, "I don't need you!" And the head cannot say to the feet, "I don't need you!"
22. On the contrary, those parts of the body that seem to be weaker are indispensable,
23. and the parts that we think are less honorable we treat with special honor. And the parts that are unpresentable are treated with special modesty,
24. while our presentable parts need no special treatment. But God has combined the members of the body and has given greater honor to the parts that lacked it,
25. so that there should be no division in the body, but that its parts should have equal concern for each other.
26. If one part suffers, every part suffers with it; if one part is honored, every part rejoices with it.
27. Now you are the body of Christ, and each one of you is a part of it.
28. And in the church God has appointed first of all apostles, second prophets, third teachers, then workers of miracles, also those having gifts of healing, those able to help others, those with gifts of administration, and those speaking in different kinds of tongues.
29. Are all apostles? Are all prophets? Are all teachers? Do all work miracles?
30. Do all have gifts of healing? Do all speak in tongues? Do all interpret?
31. But eagerly desire the greater gifts. And now I will show you the most excellent way.
