로마서 5장 킹제임스버전

1. 그러므로 우리가 믿음으로 의롭게 되어 우리 [주] 예수 그리스도를 통해 [하나님]과의 화평을 누리는도다.
2. 또 우리가 그분을 통해 지금 서 있는 이 은혜 안에 믿음으로 들어감을 얻었으며 [하나님]의 영광의 소망을 기뻐하느니라.
3. 그리할 뿐 아니라 우리가 환난도 기뻐하나니 환난은 인내를,
4. 인내는 체험을, 체험은 소망을 이루는 줄 우리가 아노라.
5. 소망이 우리를 부끄럽게 하지 아니함은 우리에게 주신 [성령]님에 의하여 [하나님]의 사랑이 우리 마음에 넓게 부어졌기 때문이니
6. 우리가 아직 힘이 없을 때에 그리스도께서 정하신 때가 되어 경건치 아니한 자들을 위해 죽으셨느니라.
7. 의로운 사람을 위해 죽으려는 자가 거의 없고 선한 사람을 위해 감히 죽고자 하는 자가 혹 있거니와
8. 우리가 아직 죄인이었을 때에 그리스도께서 우리를 위해 죽으심으로 [하나님]께서 우리를 향한 자신의 사랑을 당당히 제시하시느니라.
9. 그러면 이제 우리가 그분의 피로 말미암아 의롭게 되었은즉 더욱더 그분을 통해 진노로부터 구원을 받으리니
10. 이는 우리가 원수였을 때에 [하나님]의 [아들]의 죽음으로 말미암아 하나님과 화해하게 되었을진대 화해하게 된 자로서 더욱더 그분의 생명으로 말미암아 구원을 받을 것이기 때문이라.
11. 그러할 뿐 아니라 우리가 우리 [주] 예수 그리스도로 말미암아 이제 속죄를 받았으며 그분을 통해 [하나님] 안에서 또한 기뻐하느니라.
12. 그러므로 한 사람으로 말미암아 죄가 세상에 들어오고 죄로 말미암아 사망이 들어왔나니 이와 같이 모든 사람이 죄를 지었으므로 사망이 모든 사람에게 임하였느니라.
13. (율법이 올 때까지 죄가 세상에 있었으나 율법이 없을 때에는 죄를 죄로 인정하지 아니하였느니라.
14. 그럼에도 불구하고 아담으로부터 모세까지 아담의 범죄와 같은 종류의 죄를 짓지 아니한 자들 위에도 사망이 군림하였는데 아담은 오셔야 할 분의 모형이니라.
15. 그러나 거저 주시는 이 선물은 또한 그 범죄와 같지 아니하니 이는 한 사람의 범죄를 통해 많은 사람이 죽었을진대 [하나님]의 은혜와 또 한 사람 예수 그리스도의 은혜를 통한 선물은 더욱더 많은 사람에게 넘쳤기 때문이니라.
16. 또 이 선물은 죄 지은 한 사람으로 말미암아 이루어진 것과 같지 아니하니 이는 한 사람으로 말미암은 심판은 정죄에 이르렀으나 많은 범죄로 인한 이 거저 주시는 선물은 칭의에 이르기 때문이니라.
17. 한 사람의 범죄로 말미암아 사망이 한 사람을 통하여 군림하였을진대 은혜와 의의 선물을 넘치게 받는 자들은 한 사람 예수 그리스도를 통하여 더욱더 생명 안에서 군림하리라.)
18. 그러므로 한 사람의 범죄로 말미암아 심판이 모든 사람에게 임하여 정죄에 이른 것 같이 한 사람의 의로 말미암아 이 거저 주시는 선물이 모든 사람에게 임하여 생명의 칭의에 이르렀나니
19. 한 사람의 불순종으로 말미암아 많은 사람이 죄인이 된 것 같이 한 사람의 순종으로 말미암아 많은 사람이 의로운 자가 되리라.
20. 또한 율법이 들어온 것은 범죄가 넘치게 하려 함이거니와 죄가 넘친 곳에 은혜가 더욱더 넘쳤나니
21. 이것은 죄가 군림하여 사망에 이르게 한 것 같이 은혜도 의를 통해 군림하여 예수 그리스도 우리 [주]로 말미암아 영원한 생명에 이르게 하려 함이라.

 

1. Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ:
2. By whom also we have access by faith into this grace wherein we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God.
3. And not only so, but we glory in tribulations also: knowing that tribulation worketh patience;
4. And patience, experience; and experience, hope:
5. And hope maketh not ashamed; because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us.
6. For when we were yet without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly.
7. For scarcely for a righteous man will one die: yet peradventure for a good man some would even dare to die.
8. But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.
9. Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him.
10. For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life.
11. And not only so, but we also joy in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom we have now received the atonement.
12. Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned:
13. (For until the law sin was in the world: but sin is not imputed when there is no law.
14. Nevertheless death reigned from Adam to Moses, even over them that had not sinned after the similitude of Adam's transgression, who is the figure of him that was to come.
15. But not as the offence, so also is the free gift. For if through the offence of one many be dead, much more the grace of God, and the gift by grace, which is by one man, Jesus Christ, hath abounded unto many.
16. And not as it was by one that sinned, so is the gift: for the judgment was by one to condemnation, but the free gift is of many offences unto justification.
17. For if by one man's offence death reigned by one; much more they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ.)
18. Therefore as by the offence of one judgment came upon all men to condemnation; even so by the righteousness of one the free gift came upon all men unto justification of life.
19. For as by one man's disobedience many were made sinners, so by the obedience of one shall many be made righteous.
20. Moreover the law entered, that the offence might abound. But where sin abounded, grace did much more abound:
21. That as sin hath reigned unto death, even so might grace reign through righteousness unto eternal life by Jesus Christ our Lord.
